Compassionate Support,
Grounded in Lived Experience

I bring a unique personal perspective to therapeutic counselling, focusing on empathy and active listening. My approach blends the knowledge of clinical expertise with a deep understanding of the human experience.

We will work together to navigate your challenges in a supportive environment where you can safely explore your thoughts and emotions with professional care, no judgement and genuine compassion.

Having experienced just about everything that life could possibly throw at me, I turned to counselling to overcome my own challenges and addictions. I found it to be so impactful that I changed career late in life and trained as a Counsellor to support others in achieving their desired outcomes.

As a fully certified Counsellor and Psychotherapist I work with private clients and I also volunteer as an in-person Counsellor with a Scottish addiction recovery charity.

Rooted in empathy and understanding I know that we can work together to create an environment where you will feel safe, heard, valued, and supported in working towards your desired outcome.

My in-person sessions are held in a purpose-built garden therapy room

with private parking.
